All Holster Geek computer builds include a workmanship warranty covering assembly, configuration, and system stability. Every system is tested prior to delivery to verify proper operation.
Individual components are covered by their original manufacturer warranties. We assist customers with troubleshooting and the warranty or RMA process when needed.
Local and remote support is available to help diagnose and resolve issues quickly, whether related to hardware or configuration.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is highly recommended at the time of purchase. Customers may opt in for shipping insurance coverage to protect against damage that may occur during transit. Shipping insurance helps cover repair or replacement costs resulting from carrier-related damage. Systems shipped without insurance are not covered for transit damage.
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, liquid exposure, physical impact, or shipping damage when insurance was declined.
